How many times have you been up late working, watching TV, or just hanging out with friend then have gotten a strong craving for junk food? Just the thought of a candy bar, bag of chips, or a big juicy fast food burger made your mouth water. Most everyone has been there at some point, especially college students and new parents. Well, there are recent studies showing a brain response to sugary and fatty foods after being sleep deprived. They found a connection between the craving and a lack of sleep.

Review for Competition BBQ Secrets
My husband (my wife decided to take the rank on this one) has a second love in his life besides me and it is barbecuing. He work all week, but every weekend rain, snow, or blazing heat he is out on the back patio attached to his grilling area. He does not have a man cave; he has his barbecuing Macca. My husband has at least three different types of grills. Well, he says he has one gas grill, a charcoal pit, and a wood smoker. He has wanted to get into local barbecuing competitions, so I thought the Competition BBQ Secrets: A Barbecue Instruction Manual for Serious Competitors and Back Yard Cooks Too by fame BBQ multi-award winner BBQ champion Bill Anderson. This proved to be a great decision. In fact, maybe too great. I became a BBQ widow for weeks while he tried every tip, trick, and technique in the book.

Food stamps are also made for those who are malnourished and need that food too sustain their budgets. Really, the only thing you cannot buy with food stamps is alcohol, cigarettes and hot foods.
