There are over one hundred million residents and Spanish is the native tongue. While many think of Mexico as a dirty country that has many people in need of shelter, Mexico brings a lot to our cooking culture.

The Land

Mexico is the fourteenth largest country in land mass and includes many islands. Because it is so large, there are very diverse cultures depending on the area you live in. In addition, Mexico is like the United States, as it is known as the United Mexican States.

"Guilt Free Desserts"Ah, who doesn’t love a good glass of wine or a delicious meal? Well, let’s start out this post by talking about desserts. It is funny how after you eat something, you still have room for dessert. Most people love something sweet to eat, but what about the guilt? Most people are so ridden with guilt that they cannot bring themselves to eat a sweet treat. While perusing some fresh ideas for a few desserts, I came across “Guilt Free Desserts.” Apparently, you can eat these and not feel guilty ;) .
