It is located a short distance from romantic Florence and historical Poppi. Torre del Tartufo is near Arezzo and is surrounded by truffle farms. This gorgeous villa was built sometime in the 1600’s possibly and has been immaculately restored. Each villa has lavish room and facility accommodations, such as sparkling pools, hot tubs and plush bedding, while retaining the Old World charm of being century’s old buildings.

Both Chef Baccetti and Palandra are hands-on instructors. You will follow along as they demonstrate their own personal approach and techniques to cooking authentic Tuscany dishes. By the end of your cooking holiday at Tuscookany, you will be able to prepare several four-course true Italian meals for your family and friends back home.
